Parent Carer Information

Parent Partner Liaison Officer PPLO

Hello, my name is Kelly Jones and I am the Parent Partnership Liaison Officer/ELSA at Canolfan Elfed Inclusion Centre.

My role is to provide pastoral support to parents/carers and help with any issues that you may have in relation to supporting your children, both at home and in school. I work to encourage parental involvement within school, signpost to agencies (where appropriate) and support families. I have access to a number of agencies who may be able to provide support to you and your family. Any query, large or small that you may require assistance with, I am here to help.

I liaise with all school staff, always in the best interests of the children and their families. I work impartially and confidentially and can provide a 'listening ear' if you ever need advice or support.

I work as an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between the hours of 8:30am-3:45pm and a Parent Partnership Liaison Officer on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:35am and 4:30pm. Although my role is split into specific days, I am available on my email at any time during the working week.
