Canolfan Elfed is a firm believer in the importance of the Pupils’ voice being heard and acted upon. To enable this, Canolfan Elfed hold elections at the start of every academic year to establish a “Canolfan Elfed School Council.” Each class has one representative on the council. We meet each half term to discuss any issues and thoughts from within their own class and any topics raised by Mrs Thomas seeking pupil opinion and thoughts. Two Council members attend the mainstream Council. This ensures that the voice of Canolfan Elfed pupils is heard and listened to across the whole school.
