World Book Day 2022
Well done to all pupils that took part in the various World Book Day activities yesterday. It was lovely to see pupils so enthusiastic about reading!

Welsh 1st Language pupils in Year 9 and Year 11 at QEHS have been busy creating a new school newspaper in Welsh. There is a range of articles here - why not take a look? Great work everyone!

'Yma Gyda'n Gilydd' (07/11/2021)
Ar ôl llwyddiant eu cylchgrawn cyntaf cyn hanner tymor mae disgyblion 9Q wedi bod wrthi'n weithio'n galed i gynhyrchu nid un rhifyn arall ar gyfer y Nadolig - ond dau! Bydd 'Yma Gyda'n Gilydd' yn cael ei rhannu gydag ysgolion eraill yn y sir a drwy'r gorllwein.
Da iawn 9Q - dyma waith gwych gan bob aelod o'r dosbarth. Nadolig Llawen i chi i gyd!
Following on from their first edition of 'Yma Gyda'n Gilydd' before half-term, 9Q have worked harder than Santa's elves to produce not one but two Christmas editions of their Welsh language school magazine 'Yma Gyda'n Gilydd'. The magazine will be shared with all high schools in the county and through west Wales.
Great work 9Q - every one of you contributed at least one item. Nadolig Llawen i bawb!
Read Together Programme (23/11/2021)
The Read Together Programme aims for school and home to work together to develop the reading skills of our learners. In the first instance, Read Together will be rolled out to year 7. Years 8 and 9 will be introduced to the programme after Christmas.
