Key Transition Dates
During the Spring Term the Transition Officers will deliver a presentation to all year 6 pupils enrolled to attend QEHS in September 2024. The presentation will aim to provide pupils with relevant information to support the transition process from Primary to Secondary School. The session will also provide an opportunity for pupils to ask any questions they feel necessary.
Year 6 days:-
Tuesday 12th March,2024
Wednesday 13th March,2024
Thursday 14th March,2024
Friday 15th March,2024
Primary schools will be invited to attend One day from the above dates.
The Transition Officers will liaise with Primary schools to allocate a convenient date nearer the time.
Year 5 days:-
Monday 24th June,2024
Tuesday 25th June, 2024
Wednesday 26th June, 2024
Thursday 27th June, 2024
Primary schools will be invited to attend One day from the above dates.
The Transition Officers will liaise with Primary schools to allocate a convenient date nearer the time.
All Year 6 Pupils will attend QEHS.

For those pupils requiring extra Transition support, a number of sesions will be arranged during the Spring/Summer term. Dates and times for these sessions will be arranged between the Transition Officers and the Primary Schools.
