Summer Activities Brochure 2023
Dear parent/carer,
As the end of term approaches, we are planning to hold an activities week during the last week of term from the 17th - 21st July. The Monday and Tuesday will be focused on skill development for year 7, 8 and 9. Year 10 will focus on completing essential work for their upcoming school qualifications.
The rest of the week pupils will have the opportunity to take part in school-based activities, and/or go on school trips. Please see the attached booklet, which gives a list of trips that are on offer this year.The trips will be on a first come first served basis and more information will be available via Xpressions shortly.
In addition to this, there will be a range of internal trips running on the Wednesday- Friday for pupils who wish to remain in school. More details of these activities will follow in after half term.
Our aim is to make the week one where pupils have the opportunity to develop and demonstrate skills, have new experiences and have some fun!
Please note that if take up on trips is not to a sufficient level in order to cover costs, then trips will be cancelled. At this point you will receive a full refund or be able to transfer to a different trip. Also, internal activities may vary or be extended depending on pupil interests and take-up of activities.
